He is by far, the best realtor I’ve ever encountered and I’ve had a few in my lifetime. He is a genuine professional that is very knowledgeable in his skill craft, responsive, and only served in our best interest. You don’t see or experience service like this very often and when you do, you seize it and enjoy the ride.In the beginning, we didn’t have a Realtor as my daughter was initially looking at homes but soon realized apartments/condos/homes were flying off the market sometimes before they were officially listed…and way over market price. We ran into Dale by happenstance when he showed at an appointment to look at a home. It was that initial meeting that got me shaking my head up and down. There was something about him that clicked. You can sense he was a trusted ‘agent’ and a skilled professional. After looking up his credentials, and based on our initial encounter, we were sold. As busy as he was in this seller’s market, he was always available. From beginning to end, Dale Brandon stayed engaged, guided and explained the process throughout, and ensured we got the best deal going. In fact, based on a comedy of errors by the seller’s realtors and his diplomatic skills, he was able to get the list priced lowered, when we were willing to pay over, just to close the deal. What I’m saying is we paid less due to his knowledge and negotiation skills. Amazing. In addition, when challenged by another realtor on the certain loan qualification of my daughter, it was their clients, not my daughter, that weren’t qualified after he shared a little education with them vice going to their broker. All in all, we were exceptionally pleased with Dale. He was a man on a mission…a mission to get my daughter her first home with as little stress and at the lowest price available. Not easy to do especially in this market. All that said, know we were blessed to have Dale on our team. During our hunt for houses, we came across a few realtors, but meeting Mr.

Brandon was nothing short of amazing and God sent. He cared about what was best for us. Any house we wanted to see, he was quick to book the tour. During the tours, he would point out all of the damaged items in the house and would tell us if it would pass inspection or not. Any flaw that he saw in a house he would advise us so we could make a sound judgment on whether to make an offer or not. Mr. Brandon is a retired contractor therefore his recommendations were extremely accurate. He also gave us recommendations on a loan company that gave us top-notch service and made sure we received a low-interest rate with different loan options. Their service was streamlined and fast. When we found the house we wanted, he made sure to put in an aggressive offer with our approval. Mr. Brandon stayed with us from beginning to end. After purchasing the home he gave us recommendations on a great home inspector. He put us in touch with a contractor to fix or remodel anything we wanted in the home and if the quote wasn’t right he would find us another reliable contractor that fit our budget. Mr. Brandon cared about us so much that he came to our house and fixed a few minor things wrong with the house himself with no charge. He had the utmost respect for our family and care so much for our well-being and had so much respect for my husband services in the military. We recommend Mr. Brandon to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. This man is amazing and you will be a happy camper like me and my family!!!!

Dale Brandon is amazing! From start to finish! This is actually my third time working with Dale. This time for a new build. Dale ALWAYS looks out for his client! We wanted to take pictures of each step throughout the build. When I couldn’t make it out to do so Dale was there to ensure I had those pictures. If something seems out of the norm he’s quick to ask what the deal is and make sure I understand. If he doesn’t think something is right or fair he will tell you, even if you do think it’s fair. That’s just how honest he is. He’s checks in regularly to keep you updated, which I think is so important. Dale makes the entire home buying process, start to finish, feel like a walk in the park.

"Dale was very professional and assisted me any way he could in the home selling process. He and his wife did a wonderful job staging the home with their own furniture and decor to make it more marketable, getting several offers within the first week. He was also readily available to take on tasks of meeting contractors for repairs at the home if I was not available, taking much of the pressure off me."

"Dale Brandon helped my wife and purchase a Condo in Alexandria, VA. We were able to close within 2 weeks and we are extremely pleased with the assistance from Dale. The transaction was extremely quick and easy. This was also the second time Dale helped me purchase a property. Both purchases were conducted quickly and without problems. Dale has vast experience and will assist getting a house inspection or insect inspection. I can't emphasize how knowledgeable Dale is about Real estate. "When I started writing this review, I just wanted people to know of my extraordinary experience with Mr. Dale Brandon and I ended up with 3 ½ pages going into details. As certain as I am that it would’ve been an awesome read. I’ll just say this, If you’re reading this review trying to decide if Mr. Dale Brandon is the Realtor for you, look no further!!! I promise you, he is!!! Dealing with Mr. Brandon was my first experience dealing with a Realtor. At the time I had no idea what to expect or even what to do when it came to selling a home especially one I inherited in a state that I didn’t reside in, until I met Mr. Brandon!!! From the very first of many conversations I had with Mr. Brandon, he demonstrated a high level of knowledge in dealing with each and every issue that came up and that included a plan to get it taken care of. He answered all my questions and gave me accurate, detailed, step-by-step advice and limitless help along the way. Mr. Brandon is one of the nicest, honest, most trustworthy, down to earth professionals I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with. I had a mortgage company, banks, title companies and probate court to deal with in a state I wasn’t all that familiar with. Fortunately for me, I was able to rely on Mr. Brandon’s experience and knowledge to help me navigate through the necessary paperwork and processes required to successfully market the property. Mr. Brandon has an abundance of valuable resources that he gave me access to. He gave great strategic advice on what work should be done to the house “without breaking the bank“ and to make it “marketable”. He was even able to bring in good, reputable contractors to assist with preparing the home for sale. He expertly explained how he would strategically list the house for a little lower than market value to appeal to more potential buyers. He also provided me a complimentary service provided by his wife’s company. That staging literally brought the house to life once the house was ready to be put on the market. He explained that staged homes sell faster and for more money. This was proven when we got our first offer in less than 24 hours of the being house shown for the first time for $30,000 over our list price which Mr. Brandon expected. He also explained that the COVID market was HOT and that we could most likely expect more people who would be willing to pay more than list price which was ultimately what I wanted and a genius idea if I say so myself! "If you’re looking for the best of the best, go with Dale Brandon! Dale Brandon is awesome! I was in a time crunch with my lease expiring soon and with the interest rates so low, I decided to buy. My issue was not understanding the environment. As we were looking at affordable homes with my father, it was Dale Brandon that showed us a property. Not having a realtor yet, it was his professional demeanor, approachability, and willing to help that got us to select him and man…I’m glad we did. Throughout the process, he walked me through and explained every step as well as the impacts to certain decisions I would have to make. He ensured I was fully aware of the pros and cons as we attacked the market looking at close to 7-8 homes. No matter what day or time, Dale Brandon was accommodating, available and responsive. From my and my fathers perspective, he’s a phenomenal and extremely professional realtor that’s grounded in values/integrity, highly responsive, up front, pushes information vice you having to pull, and always has your best interests in mind from beginning to end. I know I would not have gotten the home I wanted without his expertise, candid recommendations, recommendations to companies/banks to speed up the process, and his realtor ‘technical judo’ he used to subdue the opposition. It was his experience that got me a home $10,000 BELOW list price in an over charged sellers’ market where homes, apartments, and condo’s are getting sold as much as $50K over list as soon as they’re posted. He can out maneuver, and did out maneuver the other realtors to get me the best deal. I was hesitant and uncertain at times, but he kept that brass ring in sight without being pushy allowing me the breathing room I needed to stay semi-calm with this new venture. It was clearly evident he is very well versed in all the real estate laws, regulations and processes which he used to our advantage. At the end of the day, we were totally blessed to have him in our corner from beginning to end! Even my father’s experience with realtors, he concurs that he’s the best he’s seen or experienced and just based on this, Dale Brandon will be his number one recommendation to all his friends and family…hands down. "If you are in the market to buy or sell a home then Dale Brandon is the guy for you! Trust me because I've had the pleasure to experience both with Dale as my agent. Dale makes every single step of the process so easy and worry free because he takes the time to explain everything. He's incredibly patient and so very knowledgeable. Yes, he will give you a lot of information and tell you everything up front that you need to know, but then he also makes sure to repeat each step as it comes along, which is something that I really appreciate! When you choose Dale as your realtor to sell your home he even offers free home staging consultation. I feel like that was really helpful for us. When it came time to take the home photos we were trying to juggle days/time because of appointments and our dog. Dale to the rescue! He took our dog for a few hours and entertained him so we didn't miss our appointments and our dog was taken care of. He did this more than once during the selling process! Dale Brandon isn't just your realtor, he's your friend! He truly has your best interest in mind with each step along the way. I know what you must be thinking..."All that comes to an end once you sign the dotted line.", but you'd be wrong. After we signed the closing papers Dale walked us out to chat for a bit. I asked him if he could get my phone number to the new owners in case any mail came, even though I'd already forwarded the mail a couple days prior. Not a problem at all. Dale informed me that he would go pick up any mail and bring it to our new place for us. First class service even after signing the dotted line! "Dale is absolutely the very best Real Estate agent we have ever worked with--he is number 1. We are returning clients of his. From start to finish, Dale kept us a breast of everything that was going on. He laid out a plan to help us get our house sold, including an initial schedule of key dates and milestone estimates, initial home walk-through with recommendations for improvements, and a target date to list the property. Dale provided a personal touch and made us feel like we were his number one priority and most important client. He provided complimentary home staging which really helped to cement a full price offer on the property. He supervised cleanup of the yard and minor repairs. He recommended the repairs that would assist in getting the highest offer for our property. Dale helped us find trustworthy contractors and attended just about every appointment to ensure things went smoothly. Dale's competency, integrity, and professionalism all added up to excellence. He expertly negotiated a favorable home inspection outcome by keeping the estimate for roof replacement reasonable and fair for us as well as the prospective buyer, and by working to ensure that the radon remediation would be handled by the buyer. "Not having required the services of a realtor for 32 years, we turned to our financial advisor who highly recommended Dale Brandon. To say that Dale was magnificent throughout the entire process would be an incredible understatement. Where your life’s biggest financial investment is concerned, you want the best – and Dale is the best.From our very first meeting, Dale patiently guided us through the process, step-by-step, so that we were knowledgeable and prepared to ensure that we received the maximum amount for our home. With Dale, you receive so many additional benefits that are not found with other realtors.Dale is very knowledgeable of home improvements and repairs that may be required before putting your home on the market. "This was my first experience in selling a home so I contacted my financial advisor(s) ; and they recommended Mr. Brandon. As far as I'm concerned, they provided me with a consumate professional who made the process run extremely efficiently and effectively. He sets a high bar for himself and maintained this bar; and exceeded my expectations, providing me with a pleasant experience. I was and am extremely satisfied with the results. It was a quick sale and came in over our market price and without a home inspection. The staging done by his wife and himself, I believe made a big difference in the appearance of my condo; and many of my family members were impressed as I was with the online views of the condo. It was so beautiful that for a second, it made me question my sale; AND I made a video for myself to remind me. During the process, he made himself available 24/7 whether in person, telephonically/text or emails; and fully advised me during the process, providing necessary paperwork; and also assisted me with this paperwork (fully transparent) and with Cardinal to include the appointment for closing where he drove me to the appointment after the major storm in Virginia. Prior to this closing, he also checked on condo after the major storm; and brought items of mine at staging back to my childhood home. He went above and beyond what is expected of a Real Estate Agent to include previously bringing other items to my childhood home from condo; and taking away items from my childhood home for disposal. This assistance provided me with much needed help without a high cost. My brother had passed in April of 2021; and I was working on selling the condo while moving back to my childhood home. Although I am retired, it was a big task to accomplish sale while also dealing with the needs of my childhood home. My condo needed updates for the current market; and Mr. Brandon assisted me in these updates to include providing oversight of the Contractors and "shopping" for good deals and/or working with the Contractors to ensure jobs were done efficiently and expediously. He managed these updates within the budget constraints we had agreed on; and even assisted the Contractors with the labor intensive updates. I highly recommend Mr. Brandon; and due to his due diligence and excellent service, I also consider the Brandons as great additions to my friend list.
